Mobile Van Service FAQ

Where is your service area?

Our service area is up to 10 miles of our store located at 129 Rubber Ave, Naugatuck, CT

Do you require a deposit to book a mobile call?

Yes, we require a $25 deposit to book your appointment which will be deducted from the repair if you’re within our service area. If you are outside our service area, we charge an additional $1.60 per mile from our Naugatuck location and travel up to 30 minutes. If you’re farther than 30 minutes please speak directly to our mobile van department.

Are you taking the device back to the store to fix it?

No, all repairs we offer in the Mobile Service are performed inside the Van. Our vans are fully equipped with tools and machines to handle most repairs. 

Will you accept any repairs for mobile service?

No, we are selective on what types of repairs we offer in the van. We stick to faster repairs such as Screen Replacements, Battery Replacements, Speakers and other repair needs. We limit each mobile call up to a 30 minute appointment. If your phone cannot be tested prior to repair, does not turn on or does not respond to touch please book an in store appointment instead.

Will you come to my home or job to figure out what’s wrong with my device?

Unfortunately, no. Our mobile service is only for repairs on devices that are fully functional. If your phone is not fully functional, please book an in store appointment.

Do you carry parts for all repairs in the van?

No, our vans only bring your repairs necessary parts.

Does your mobile service cost more? 

Our van service is free within our service area of 10 miles. $1.60 per mile outside the service area. All appointments require a $25 deposit for booking.

What is your hourly rate for the van service?

We charge $120hr in the Mobile Van Service and label most repairs as a 30 minute appointment making it $60 for labor. Plus cost of materials and parts used.

Are your in store pricing and mobile pricing the same?

For the most part yes, but in our mobile van we only offer our higher tier screen displays which includes a Soft OLED Aftermarket Screen or a Certified Refurbished Display Soft OLED Screen Replacement. We do not offer our lowest tier screens as part of our mobile van service. That’s an in store promotion only.

What is your warranty on repairs?

Most of our repairs come with a Limited 90 Day Warranty Against Defects unless specified in your notes of repair. Our warranty does not cover the following: Cracked glass,Internally Cracked Digitizers, Cracked Displays (LCD OR OLED), Water damage or Heavy Scratches

Our warranty covers manufacture defects such as a dead pixel, bad touch
